Do I need to buy license for replication in SQL Server 2005 Express version?
Or it is totally free?

as far as I know it is entirely free to use, whether to replication or
otherwise. However, for our purposes it is somewhat limited - subscriber
only, 1GB RAM, 1 processor and no sql server agent.
