Question about setuping replication

Hi Guys,
I have two questions regarging setuping replication.
1. Do I need to configure Recovery Model as full when I want use
transactional replication.
2. Do I need to setup linked server when I use more than two servers for
replication.
3. Is there any doc about how to setup replication?
